I have had the good fortune to learn from some amazing leaders, and learned what not to do from all those mediocre to absolutely dreadful leaders that left damage and chaos in their wake. Now, I am on a mission to shorten the journey from struggling managers and teams to leaders of impact with resilient, innovative and creative teams.
