I specialize in the gap between leaders and teams. My focus: catalyzing leader and team performance, team and organizational potential, resilience and productivity.
With a reputation for being calm in chaos, I have led teams through complex transformations, moving cultures from divisive and combative to collaborative, focused on cohesive objectives. My approach combines the experience from a career of leadership and change facilitation in large-scale transformations, executive coaching, and a talent-maximization program designed to enable resilience, creativity, innovation and high-performance.
I have had the good fortune to learn from some amazing leaders, and learned what not to do from all those mediocre to absolutely dreadful leaders that left damage and chaos in their wake. Now, I am on a mission to shorten the journey from struggling managers and teams to leaders of impact with resilient, innovative and creative teams.
