Outstanding Leader of the Year 2025

We are taking this opportunity to recognize as an Outstanding Leader of Excellence someone who exemplifies with great humour and graciousness everything we expound in our Leadership Programs. We would argue with confidence that this leader is possibly one of, if not the, most inspiring and effective leaders and role models we’ve encountered.

 A little on why we’re recognizing this particular individual:

This leader’s organization has a wide variety of teams, each with different specialties and objectives. And despite that variety, team outputs are brought together, reliably and seamlessly, for every product launch, meeting with precision the established deadlines. The result is that all stakeholders and clients are confident that their own targets and timelines will be met successfully.

2.      Trust and Safety

This leader, while understands the fragility of potential success, embraces the criticality of trust and safe environments in achieving their objectives confidently. This leader personally ensures everyone in the organization knows and feels they are safe to bring forward ideas, innovations, observations and concerns.

Further, this leader’s trust in the various teams is complete. While the leader visits countless clients in the period leading up to each product launch to address potential concerns and ensure the launch will meet expectations, the organization is left fully in the hands of the team leads

3.      Recognizing and Growing Potential

Building on the safe environment, this leader takes the opportunity to explore what talents lie within the teams. They actively engage and observe, recognize, explore and encourage growth of potential.
